new shows on Philippine tV!

yes! you read it right. a new shows we'll be cumin' out of
your tv screen whether you're kapamilya or kapuso.
here they are:

1.Survivor Philippines (Kapuso GMA 7)
Type: Reality Challenge Show
Host: Paolo Bediones (the usual.lol.)
Contestants/PLayers: Not identified
Release: some time in 2008

Survivor Philippines is the upcoming Philippine version of the reality television series- Survivor. Veteran TV host Paolo Bediones has been chosen to host the show. At the first audition in Davao, Bediones revealed that the prize money will be the largest in the history of reality shows in the Philippines: in addition to the title of Sole Survivor, the contestant who lasts the longest will also win 3,000,000 pesos (US$70,000).

Auditions were held in six Philippines cities in May 2008. From these interviews, approximately 16 contestants will be selected to participate on the show in June 2008, which will be set in a location outside the Philippines.

i hope this show could give me a big round of applause(unlike in Pinoy IDol)

2. Pinoy Fear Factor (Kapamilya ABS-CBN 2)
Type: ReaLity Challenge Show
Host: Unknown
Contestants/Players: Unknown
Release: 2008

Pinoy Fear Factor is the Philippine Version of Fear Factor in U.S. and still a franchise by abs-cbn in Endemol. however, the format of the said show is different from the original version which is every episode, there are different players. unlike in PFF, they will choose some player to stay for at least a month in south america to face different challenges. elimination per show is the basis. the last man standing can win up to P 2,000,000 and alot more prizes.
it looks that kapamilya will challenge kapuso in this type of reality shows. lol.

3. I ♥ Betty La FEa
Type: Drama/Comedy teleserye show
Starring: BEa Alonzo as Betty
Release: July or August of 2008

i ♥ Betty la fea(pronounced i love betty la fea) is an upcoming philippine drama will soon air on abs-cbn. this is a drama franchise from the original version which is betty la fea(a colombian drama series).







4. Dyosa (goddess)
Type: Fantasy Drama
Starring: Anne Curtis
Release: July 2008

Goddess) is an upcoming fantasy series of abs-cbn which stars Anne Curtis.

In this series Curtis will transform into Mermaid (half-fish), a Centaurides (half-horse), and a Siren (half-bird). other stars are the three prince: Sam milby, zanjoe marudo and luis manzano.

so, thats it for now...maybe next time i can catch up with some reccomended shows on USA that should be franchise either by kapuso or kapamilya.
